     Sir Henry Aaron Isaacs was born on 15 August 1830.1 He was the son of Michael Isaacs and Sara Mendoza.1 He married Eleanor Rowland, daughter of Alexander McDonald Rowland, in September 1848.1 He died on 2 August 1909 at age 78.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of London and Middlesex between 1886 and 1887.1 He was appointed Knight in 1887.1 He held the office of Lord Mayor of London between 1889 and 1890.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for London.1
