Betty Gay Ingham was the daughter of William Oscar Ingham.1 She married, firstly, unknown Goode before 1955.1 She married, secondly, Sir John Lubbock, 3rd Baron Avebury, son of Hon. Harold Fox Pitt Lubbock and Hon. Dorothy Charlotte Forster, on 22 December 1955.1 She married, thirdly, Charles Hodgkins in 1978.2 She died on 25 January 2005 at Berlin, Maryland, U.S.A., accidentally.2
