     Very Rev. Denis Browne was born on 12 October 1795.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Denis Browne and Anne Mahon.1 He married Anne Alicia Filgate, daughter of Thomas William Filgate, on 7 June 1824.1 He died on 14 March 1864 at age 68.1
     He was Rector at Enniscorthy, County Wexford, Ireland.1 He was Vicar at Santry, County Dublin, Ireland.1 He held the office of Dean of Emly.1 He also had three daughters (unmarried).1
