     Lady Catherine Rose Pakenham was born on 28 February 1946.1 She was the daughter of Sir Francis Aungier Pakenham, 7th Earl of Longford and Elizabeth Harman.1 She died on 11 August 1969 at age 23, as a result of a car accident.1
