     He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).1

     Helen Sybil Mary Lambart was born on 19 September 1912.1 She was the daughter of Alfred Charlemagne Lambart and Constance Green.2 She married Hon. Richard Frederick Hope, son of James Fitzalan Hope, 1st Baron Rankeillour and Mabel Ellen Riddell, on 7 April 1938.1 She died in 1971.1
      Her married name became Hope.

     Alfred Charlemagne Lambart was born on 19 January 1861.1 He was the son of Commander Hon. Oliver William Matthew Lambart and Anne Elizabeth Willes.2 He married, firstly, Constance Green, daughter of Captain Edmund Lyons Green, on 16 June 1897.1 He and Constance Green were divorced in 1914.1 He married, secondly, Anne Belcher, daughter of Reverend Andrew Holmes Belcher, on 1 June 1920.1 He and Anne Belcher were divorced in 1926.1 He died on 15 February 1943 at age 82.1
     He lived at Richmond, Surrey, England.
