Paul Keppel Legge was born on 25 January 1906.1 He is the son of Colonel William Kaye Legge and Constance Adeline Palmer.1 He married, firstly, Olga Robinson before 1948.2 He married, secondly, Nellie Ruth Dewey, daughter of Percy Edwin Dewey, on 18 November 1948.1
