     Felix Barnaby Paget was born on 11 June 1904.1 He was the son of Reverend Cecil George Paget and Innes Elizabeth Skinner.1 He married, firstly, Marjorie Therese Seaver-Smith, daughter of Lt.-Col. Charles Seaver-Smith, on 23 July 1932.1 He married, secondly, Dora Josephine Adams Clark, daughter of William Adams Clark, on 9 May 1964.1 He died in 1985.1
     Felix Barnaby Paget was educated at St. Edward's School, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1
