     Hon. Helen Moncreiff Hobart-Hampden was born on 18 June 1937.¹ She is the daughter of Cyril Langel Hobart-Hampden and Margaret Jolliffe.¹ She married Hugues Renier Motteux in 1962.¹

     Maj.-Gen. Sir John Henry Keith Stewart held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.).¹ He gained the rank of Major-General in the service of the Indian Army.¹ He was decorated with the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.).¹ He was invested as a Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).¹ He lived at Cairnsmore, Newtown Stewart, Wigtownshire, Scotland.¹
