     Gilberte de Maussabre-Beufvier was born on 15 May 1901 at Paris, France. She is the daughter of Robert Gilbert de Maussabre-Beufvier and Louise de Gontaut-Biron. She married Francois d'Ivernois on 8 May 1928 at Paris, France. She and Francois d'Ivernois were divorced in 1956.
     Her married name became d'Ivernois.
