Oonagh Lavinia Bayley was the daughter of Major Edward John Lake Bayley. She married Nicholas Pelham Piercy, 2nd Baron Piercy, son of William Piercy, 1st Baron Piercy and Mary Louisa Pelham, on 28 October 1944.1 She died in 1990.1
From 28 October 1944, her married name became Piercy.1 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1 As a result of her marriage, Oonagh Lavinia Bayley was styled as Baroness Piercy on 7 July 1966.
