     From 13 April 1826, her married name became Hamilton.

     Maria Catherine Hyde was born on 27 June 1783 at Calcutta, IndiaG.2 She was the daughter of John Hyde and Mary Seymour.1 She married Augustus Barrington Price Anne Powell Hamilton, son of Admiral Charles Powell Hamilton and Lucretia Prosser, on 2 April 1805 at London, EnglandG.1,2 She died on 19 November 1865 at age 82 at Droxford, Hampshire, EnglandG.2
     From 2 April 1805, her married name became Hamilton.1,2

     John Hyde was born in 1737.2 He was the son of John Hyde and Rachel Roberts.2 He married Mary Seymour, daughter of Very Rev. Lord Francis Seymour and Catherine Payne, in September 1773.3 He died in 1796.2
     He held the office of Judge of the Supreme Court [Bengal].1 He graduated with a Doctor of Divinity (D.D.)3 He held the office of Chaplain in Ordinary to King George III.3 He held the office of Canon of Windsor.3 He held the office of Dean of Wells.3

     Mary Seymour was born on 5 October 1751 at Salisbury, Wiltshire, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Very Rev. Lord Francis Seymour and Catherine Payne.1 She married, firstly, John Hyde, son of John Hyde and Rachel Roberts, in September 1773.3 She married, secondly, Reverend John Payne on 4 February 1798.3 She died on 12 April 1814 at age 62 at London, EnglandG.2
     From September 1773, her married name became Hyde. From 4 February 1798, her married name became Payne.2

     Very Rev. Lord Francis Seymour was born in 1726.2 He was the son of Edward Seymour, 8th Duke of Somerset and Mary Webb.2 He married Catherine Payne, daughter of Reverend Thomas Payne and Sarah Andrews, in 1749.2 He died on 16 February 1799.2
     He held the office of Dean of Wells Cathedral.2

     Anna Abthorp was the daughter of Reverend Frederick Abthorp and Susan Hubbard.1,2 She married Captain Charles Henry Hamilton, son of Augustus Barrington Price Anne Powell Hamilton and Maria Catherine Hyde, on 1 December 1854.1 She died in February 1856, without issue.1
     From 1 December 1854, her married name became Hamilton.1 Her married name became Douglas-Hamilton.

     In 1896 she was given the rank of Duke's daughter.1 From 1 June 1899, her married name became Acland-Hood.
