Mikhail Nikolaievich Raievsky and Mariya Grigorievna Gagarina, Princess Gagarina.1 She married, firstly, Count Aleksandr Tolstoy before 1918.1 She married, secondly, Georg Alexander Herzog von Mecklenburg, son of Georg Alexander Herzog von Mecklenburg-Strelitz and Nataliya Feodorovna Vanljarskya, on 7 October 1920 at Geneva, SwitzerlandG.1 She died on 22 January 1955 at age 62 at Sigmaringen, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.1

     Karl Gregor Herzog von Mecklenburg was born on 14 March 1933 at Remplin, GermanyG.1 He is the son of Georg Alexander Herzog von Mecklenburg and Irina Mikhailovna Raievskya.1 He married Maria Margarethe Prinzessin von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, daughter of Franz Joseph Prinz von Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen and Maria Alix Luitpold Prinzessin von Sachsen-Meiningen, in a civil marriage. Karl Gregor and Maria Margarethe were also married in a religious ceremony on 23 April 1966 at Burg Hohenzollern, GermanyG.
     He gained the title of Herzog von Mecklenburg. He was given the name of Karl Gregor George Frederick Francis Henry Wenceslas John Nepomuck Norbert Lazarus Clement Maria des Mercedes at birth.

     Sir George Vane was baptised on 10 May 1618 at Shipborne, Kent, England.3 He was the son of Rt. Hon. Sir Henry Vane the Elder and Frances d'Arcy.1 He married Elizabeth Maddison, daughter of Sir Lionel Maddison.1 He died circa 28 April 1679.3 He was buried on 1 May 1679.3
     He was appointed Knight on 22 November 1640.1 He seized and defended Raby Castle (his father's property) for the King during the earlier part of Cromwell's rebellion.3 He lived at Long Newton, County Durham, England.3 He was the ancestor of the Vanes of Hutton Hall, Cumberland.1
