     Agnes Peek was the daughter of Thomas Peek.1 She married Sir Hanson Berney, 8th Bt., son of Sir John Berney, 7th Bt. and Lady Henrietta Nevill, on 10 October 1843.1 She died on 6 October 1870.1
     From 10 October 1843, her married name became Berney.1

     Sir Henry Hanson Berney, 9th Bt. was born on 30 November 1843 at Twycross, Leicestershire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Hanson Berney, 8th Bt. and Agnes Peek.1 He married Jane Dorothea Bloxam, daughter of Reverend Andrew Bloxam, on 31 January 1866.1 He died on 27 February 1907 at age 63.2
     He graduated from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1865 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Berney, of Parkehall in Redham, co. Norfolk [E., 1620] in September 1870.1 He lived at Barton Bendis, Norfolk, EnglandG.1

     Jane Dorothea Bloxam was the daughter of Reverend Andrew Bloxam.1 She married Sir Henry Hanson Berney, 9th Bt., son of Sir Hanson Berney, 8th Bt. and Agnes Peek, on 31 January 1866.1 She died on 7 December 1921.2
     From 31 January 1866, her married name became Berney.1

     He was educated at Wellington College, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at North-East London Polytechnic, London, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 11th Baronet Berney, of Parkehall in Redham, co. Norfolk [E., 1620] on 5 January 1975.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (F.R.I.C.S.) in 1992.1 He lived in 2003 at Reeds House, 40 London Road, Maldon, Essex, EnglandG.1
