     John Stewart was born on 12 February 1813.1 He was the son of Leveson Douglas Stewart and Elizabeth Dalrymple-Hay.1 He married Elizabeth Thompson, daughter of Richard Thompson, on 11 March 1841.1 He died on 17 March 1867 at age 54.1

     John Komnenos Doukas, Emperor of Thessalonica was the son of Theodore Komnenos Doukas, Emperor of Thessalonica and Maria Petraliphaina.1,2 He died in 1244.1
     He succeeded as the Emperor John of Thessalonica in 1237.1

     Sir Frederick Pollock, 1st Bt. was born on 23 September 1783.2 He was the son of David Pollock and Sarah Homeria Parsons.2 He married, firstly, Frances Rivers, daughter of F. Rivers, on 25 May 1813.2 He married, secondly, Sarah Anne Amowah Langslow, daughter of Captain Richard Langslow, on 7 January 1834.3 He died on 22 August 1870 at age 86.3
     He was educated at St. Paul's College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1806 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He was a Fellow in 1807 at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1807 entitled to practise as a barrister.2 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1809 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)2 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.)2 He held the office of Comissary of Cambridge University between 1824 and 1835.2 He was appointed King's Counsellor (K.C.) in 1827.2 He was appointed Knight Bachelor in 1834.2 He held the office of Attorney-General between 1834 and 1835.2 He held the office of Attorney-General between 1841 and 1844.2 They also had two other sons who died in infancy and four other daughters who died unmarried.3 He held the office of Chief Baron of the Exchequer in 1844.2 He was created 1st Baronet Pollock, of Hatton, co. Middlesex [U.K.] on 2 August 1866.2
