     Diana Clemetson married unknown Peterson.2 She married Leon Brittan, Baron Brittan of Spennithorne, son of Joseph Brittan and Rebecca Lipetz, in 1980.1
     Her married name became Peterson.2 From 1980, her married name became Brittan.1 After her marriage, Diana Clemetson was styled as Baroness Brittan of Spennithorne on 9 February 2000.1 She was appointed Dame Commander, Order of the British Empire (D.B.E.) in 2004.2
