     Frances Baring was born in 1785.1 She was the daughter of Sir Francis Baring, 1st Bt. and Harriet Herring.1 She married Thomas Read Kemp, son of Thomas Kemp, on 12 July 1808.1 She died on 8 March 1825.2
     From 12 July 1808, her married name became Kemp.1

     Sir Stafford Henry Northcote, 7th Bt. was born on 6 October 1762.2 He was the son of Sir Stafford Northcote, 6th Bt. and Catherine Bradford.2 He married Jacquetta Baring, daughter of Charles Baring and Margaret Gould, on 6 May 1791 at St. Leonards, Exeter, Devon, EnglandG.3,1 He died on 17 March 1851 at age 88.2
     He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Northcote, of Hayne, co. Devon [E., 1641] on 11 March 1770.1 He lived at Pynes, Devon, EnglandG.4

     Henry Stafford Northcote was born on 18 March 1792 at Upton Pyne, Devon, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Sir Stafford Henry Northcote, 7th Bt. and Jacquetta Baring.3 He married, firstly, Agnes Mary Cockburn, daughter of Thomas Cockburn, on 13 November 1815.3 He married, secondly, Catherine Robbins, daughter of Thomas Robbins, on 6 January 1846.3 He died on 22 February 1850 at age 57.3

     He gained the rank of Major in the 1st Royal Dragoons.3

     From 31 March 1826, her married name became Northcote.2
