     Lady Victoria Russell was born on 1 November 1838 at Brighton, Sussex, England.2 She was the daughter of John Russell, 1st Earl Russell and Adelaide Lister.1,2 She married Reverend Henry Montagu Villiers, son of Rt. Rev. Hon. Henry Montagu Villiers and Amelia Maria Hulton, on 16 April 1861.1 She died on 9 May 1880 at age 41.1
     From 16 April 1861, her married name became Villiers.1
