     Sir Nicholas Cosmo Bonsor, 4th Bt. was born on 9 December 1942.1 He was the son of Sir Bryan Cosmo Bonsor, 3rd Bt. and Elizabeth Hambro.1,2 He married Hon. Nadine Marisa Lampson, daughter of Graham Curtis Lampson, 2nd Baron Killearn and Nadine Marie Cathryn Pilcher, on 4 September 1969.1 He died on 21 March 2023 at age 80.3
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Keble College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1963 in the Royal Buckinghamshire Yeomanry.1 He retired from the military in 1967.1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1967 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was appointed Fellow, Royal Society of Arts (F.R.S.A.) in 1970.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) in 1973.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Bonsor, of Kingswood, Epsom, co.      Sir Henry Cosmo Orme Bonsor, 1st Bt. was born on 2 September 1848.1 He was the son of Joseph Bonsor and Eliza Denne Orme.1 He married, firstly, Emily Gertrude Fellowes, daughter of James Fellowes and Gertrude Charlotte Micklethwait, on 18 April 1872.2 He married, secondly, Mabel Grace Brand, daughter of James Brand and Mary Julia Simpson, on 3 March 1886.2 He died on 4 December 1929 at age 81.1
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for North-East Surrey between 1885 and 1900.1 He was chairman of the Income Tax Commission for the City between 1886 and 1925.1 He held the office of Lieutenant of the City of London.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Surrey.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Surrey.1 He was created 1st Baronet Bonsor, of Kingswood, Epsom, co. Surrey [U.K.] on 26 January 1925.1
