     Anne Borlase was baptised on 12 March 1656/57 at Medmenham, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 She was the daughter of Sir John Borlase, 1st Bt. and Alice Bankes.1 She married Arthur Warren on 26 June 1676 at St. Batholomew's-the-Less Church, London, EnglandG.1 She died in August 1703 at age 46.1
     From 26 June 1676, her married name became Warren.1
