     Wilhelmina Bowyer-Smijth was born after 1875.1 She was the daughter of Sir William Bowyer-Smijth, 11th Bt. and Eliza Fechnie Malcolm.1 She married Lt.-Col. Arthur Baldwin Battye, son of Major Legh Richmond Battye and Margaret Fanny Jane Moffat, on 2 July 1904.1 She died on 13 March 1946.1
     From 2 July 1904, her married name became Battye.1

     Lt.-Col. Arthur Baldwin Battye is the son of Major Legh Richmond Battye and Margaret Fanny Jane Moffat.1,2 He married Wilhelmina Bowyer-Smijth, daughter of Sir William Bowyer-Smijth, 11th Bt. and Eliza Fechnie Malcolm, on 2 July 1904.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 6th King Edward's Own Cavalry, Indian Army.1

     Adela Bowyer-Smijth was born after 1875.1 She was the daughter of Sir William Bowyer-Smijth, 11th Bt. and Eliza Fechnie Malcolm.1 She married Cyril Charles Stafford Northcote, son of Stafford Charles Northcote and Rosa Annette Wilson, on 6 January 1903.1 She died on 31 October 1963.1
     From 6 January 1903, her married name became Northcote.1

     Cyril Charles Stafford Northcote was born on 22 September 1874.2 He was the son of Stafford Charles Northcote and Rosa Annette Wilson.1,2 He married Adela Bowyer-Smijth, daughter of Sir William Bowyer-Smijth, 11th Bt. and Eliza Fechnie Malcolm, on 6 January 1903.1 He died on 9 November 1946 at age 72.2
     He fought in the First World War between 1915 and 1918, where he was mentioned in despatches.2

     Margaret Joan McCowan was the daughter of Samuel McCall McCowan.1 She married Sir Philip Weyland Bowyer-Smyth, 14th Bt., son of Clement Weyland Bowyer-Smijth and Edith Maude Gray, on 24 June 1922.1 She and Sir Philip Weyland Bowyer-Smyth, 14th Bt. were divorced in 1951.1 She died on 2 July 1976.1
     Margaret Joan McCowan usually went by her middle name of Joan.1 From 24 June 1922, her married name became Bowyer-Smyth.1 She gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Women's Royal Army Corps (Territorial Army.)1 She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1952.1
