     Sir Louis William Howard Kerr was born on 25 November 1894.1 He was the son of Captain William Walter Raleigh Kerr and Annabel Jarves.1 He married Christina Stephanie Mary Ram, daughter of Arthur Archibald Ram, on 12 June 1928.1 He died on 11 July 1977 at age 82.1

     He was educated at The Oratory School, South Kensington, London, EnglandG.1 He lived in 2003 at 13 Westbourne Gardens, Hove, Sussex, EnglandG.1
