     From 21 January 1914, her married name became Gibbons.1

     Hulance Haddington Broun was born on 10 March 1919 at Coonamble, New South Wales, Australia.1,2 He was the son of William Arthur Broun and Marie Victoria McIntyre.1 He married Joy Maud Stack, daughter of A. L. Stack, on 21 March 1947.1 He died on 21 February 2001 at age 81.1
     He gained the rank of Sergeat-Pilot in the Royal Australian Air Force.1 He fought in the Second World War, in the Middle East.1
