     Lt.-Col. Horace Adrian Duncan is the son of Andrew Duncan.2 He married Euphemia Helen Sinclair, daughter of Charles Home Sinclair and Mary Louisa Paton, on 7 February 1907.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)1
