     From 14 July 1896, her married name became Bevan. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.¹

     George Massy was born in 1760.² He was the son of Reverend William Massy and unknown Scanlan.¹ He married, firstly, Lucinda Clenchy.¹ He married, secondly, Elizabeth Maria Odell, daughter of Colonel William Odell and Aphra Crone, on 1 June 1819.¹ He died in 1835.²
     He lived at Glenwilliam Castle, County Limerick, Ireland^G.¹
