     Janet Alexander was the daughter of Captain Caledon Du Pré Alexander and Caroline Ewing.1 She married Major-Gen. Edward Alexander Wood on 17 June 1871, with issue.1
     From 17 June 1871, her married name became Wood.1

     Major-Gen. Edward Alexander Wood married Janet Alexander, daughter of Captain Caledon Du Pré Alexander and Caroline Ewing, on 17 June 1871, with issue.1 He died on 22 May 1898.1
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He gained the rank of Major-General in the 10th Royal Hussars.1 He lived at Redoubt House, Shorncliffe, Essex, EnglandG.1

     Josias Bracken Canning Alexander was born on 12 December 1826.1 He was the son of Joseph Josias Du Pré Alexander and Mary Bracken.1 He married Agnes Cecilia Curtis, daughter of Sir William Curtis, 2nd Bt. and Mary Anne Lear, on 11 January 1848.1 He died in 1882.1

     Agnes Cecilia Curtis was the daughter of Sir William Curtis, 2nd Bt. and Mary Anne Lear.1,2 She married Josias Bracken Canning Alexander, son of Joseph Josias Du Pré Alexander and Mary Bracken, on 11 January 1848.1
     From 11 January 1848, her married name became Alexander.1

     Anna Hooker was born on 22 May 1801 at Indiana, U.S.A.G.1 She was the daughter of Robert B. Hooker and Jemima Haskett.1 She married Abel Hough, son of Jesse Hough and Ruth Haskett, on 16 August 1816 at Charleston, Indiana, U.S.A.G.1 She died on 21 May 1883 at age 81 at Indiana, U.S.A.G.1
     From 16 August 1816, her married name became Hough.1
