     Patrick Gray, 5th Lord Gray was born in 1538.1 He was the son of Patrick Gray, 4th Lord Gray and Marion Ogilvy.1 He married Barbara Ruthven, daughter of William Ruthven, 2nd Lord Ruthven and Janet Halyburton, Lady Dirletoun, circa 4 January 1556/57.1 He died before 10 March 1607/8.1
     He succeeded as the 5th Lord Gray [S., 1445] in 1584.1

     William Gray, Master of Gray was the son of Sir William Gray of Pittendrum.1 He married Anne Gray, Mistress of Gray, daughter of Andrew Gray, 7th Lord Gray and Margaret Ogilvy.1 He died in August 1660 at Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, EnglandG, accidentally killed while fencing.2
     He was styled as Master of Gray in January 1637/38.1 He had two other sons.1

Patrick Gray, 8th Lord Gray1

     Patrick Gray, 8th Lord Gray was the son of William Gray, Master of Gray and Anne Gray, Mistress of Gray.1 He married Barbara Murray, daughter of Sir Andrew Murray, 1st Lord Balvaird and Lady Elizabeth Carnegie, in 1664.1 He died in January 1711, without surviving male issue.1
     He succeeded as the 8th Lord Gray [S., 1445] in 1663.1 On 27 February 1706/7 he obtained a regrant of his title (with the same precedence as before) and a special remainder to his son-in-law, John Gray of Crichie. This regrant excluded himself, so he effectively resigned the title.1

     Rosemary Priscilla Gouldsmith was the daughter of Thomas Cecil Gouldsmith.1 She married Captain Alick John Archibald Cubitt, son of Major Hon. Archibald Edward Cubitt and Lady Irene Helen Pratt, on 1 December 1956.1 She died on 6 August 1957.1
     From 1 December 1956, her married name became Cubitt.1
