     Lt.-Col. Francis Hyslop was the son of Robert Hyslop.1 He married Katherine Nicola Blood, daughter of Bagot Blood and Catherine Florence Studdert, on 15 January 1910 in a childless marriage.1 He died on 27 December 1944.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the The King's Regiment.1 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)1

     Rebecca Minchin was born in September 1847 at Greenhills, County Tipperary, IrelandG.2 She was the daughter of Edward Corker Minchin and Sarah Anne Birch Hutchinson.1,2 She married Johnstone Thomas Stoney, son of James Johnstone Stoney and Elizabeth Lucia Minchin, on 5 December 1872.1 She died on 7 March 1875 at age 27.1
     From 5 December 1872, her married name became Stoney.1

     Edward Corker Minchin was born on 26 January 1821.2 He was the son of Reverend William Minchin and Mary Anne Wright.2 He married Sarah Anne Birch Hutchinson, daughter of William Henry Hutchinson and Elizabeth Hannah Waller, on 25 March 1845 at IrelandG.3,4 He married, secondly, Annie Maud Diggens, daughter of William Henry Livingston Diggens and Charlotte Rose, on 7 October 1891 at St. Saviour’s, Warwick Avenue, Paddington, London, EnglandG.5 He died on 27 May 1899 at age 78 at Barberry Hill, Colwyn Bay, WalesG.6,7,8
     He lived at Rockforest, County Tipperary, IrelandG.2 He emigrated to New ZealandG arriving on 1852 on one of the first ships to the colony.2 He was a farmer. He lived at Woodburn, Canterbury, New ZealandG.1
