Margaret Guise Yates was born circa 1931.2 She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. George Dougal Yates.3 She married James William Irvine-Fortescue, son of Colonel Archer Irvine-Fortescue and Ruth Olive Boddington, on 16 May 1953.1 She died on 26 November 2016.2
