     Jessie Maria Parsons was born circa 1827.2 She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Whitehill Parsons and Mary Elizabeth Dewar.3 She married Lt.-Col. Thomas Onslow Winnington-Ingram, son of Reverend Edward Winnington-Ingram and Jane Onslow, on 8 April 1847.1 She died in 1891.1
     From 8 April 1847, her married name became Winnington-Ingram.

     Major Edward John Winnington-Ingram was born on 30 August 1849.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Thomas Onslow Winnington-Ingram and Jessie Maria Parsons.2 He married Jessie Edmonstone, daughter of Admiral Sir William Edmonstone of Duntreath, 4th Bt. and Mary Elizabeth Parsons, on 3 June 1884.1 He died on 5 August 1892 at age 42, without surviving issue.1
     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Warwickshire Regiment.1
