     John Stafford Vernon was born on 4 March 1900.1 He was the son of Sir John Herbert Vernon, 2nd Bt. and Elizabeth Bagnall.2 He married Beryl Eileen Turner, daughter of William Turner, on 23 February 1933.1 He died on 6 March 1970 at age 70, without issue.1
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Grenadier Guards.1 He was educated at Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1

     Helen Henrietta Blennerhassett Harman was the daughter of Surg.-Lt.-Col. Rodolph Harman.1 She married Mathew Chichester Cecil FitzMaurice Deane-Morgan, 6th Baron Muskerry, son of Hamilton Matthew Tilson FitzMaurice Deane-Morgan, 4th Baron Muskerry and Flora Georgina Skeffington, on 8 June 1915.1 She died on 11 September 1952.1
     From 8 June 1915, her married name became Deane-Morgan.1 After her marriage, Helen Henrietta Blennerhassett Harman was styled as Baroness Muskerry on 12 July 1952.

     Caroline Janet Robertson-Macdonald usually went by her middle name of Janet.1 From 3 June 1921, her married name became Vernon.

     Sir Nigel John Douglas Vernon, 4th Bt. was born on 2 May 1924.2 He was the son of Sir William Norman Vernon, 3rd Bt. and Caroline Janet Robertson-Macdonald.2 He married Margaret Ellen Dobell, daughter of Robert Lyle Dobell, on 29 November 1947.2 He died on 4 September 2007 at age 83.3
     He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1942 in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He was with Spillers between 1945 and 1965.2 He was a director of Castle Brick Company between 1965 and 1971.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Vernon, of Shotwick Park, co. Chester [U.K., 1914] on 12 April 1967.1 He was a director of Deeside Merchants between 1971 and 1974.2 He was a director of Travel Finance between 1971 and 1987.2 He was a director of Hogg Insurance Brokers between 1986 and 1996.2 He was a director of AON Risk Services Ltd

in 1996.2 He lived in 2003 at Top-y-Fron Hall, Kelsterton, Clwyd, WalesG.2

     Diana Elizabeth Vernon was born on 21 April 1922.1 She was the daughter of Sir William Norman Vernon, 3rd Bt. and Caroline Janet Robertson-Macdonald.2 She married, firstly, Bohuslav F. Kovarik, son of Karel Kovarik, on 3 July 1943.1 She and Bohuslav F. Kovarik were divorced in 1949.1 She married, secondly, Joseph Oliver Patrick Hamelin de Grondines de Landry, son of Edmond Hamelin de Grondines de Landry, on 14 July 1951.1 She died on 13 November 2006 at age 84.3
     From 3 July 1943, her married name became Kovarik. She gained the rank of Section Officer in the Women's Auxiliary Air Force, during the Second World War.1 Her marriage to Bohuslav F. Kovarik was annulled in 1951.1 From 14 July 1951, her married name became Landry.1
