     Jean Dow was the daughter of Reverend Anthony Dow.2 She married Reverend Robert Trail, son of Reverend Robert Trail and Jean Haldane.1 She died on 2 June 1805.1
     Her married name became Trail.

     Reverend Robert Trail was born on 29 August 1754.1 He was the son of Reverend Robert Trail and Jean Dow.2 He died, unmarried.1
     He was the Rector at Ballintoy, County Antrim, IrelandG.1 He and Venerable Anthony Trail emigrated to IrelandG arriving on 1777.1

Venerable Anthony Trail1

     Venerable Anthony Trail was born on 25 November 1755.1 He was the son of Reverend Robert Trail and Jean Dow.2 He married Agnes Gayer, daughter of William Watts Gayer, on 3 January 1788.1 He died on 16 November 1831 at age 75.1
     He held the office of Prebendary of St. Andrews.1 He and Reverend Robert Trail emigrated to IrelandG arriving on 1777.1 He held the office of Archdeacon of Connor in 1782.1 He purchased Ballylough in 1789.1 He was the Rector at Skull, County Cork, IrelandG.1
