Norman Darcy, 2nd Lord Darcy1

     Norman Darcy, 2nd Lord Darcy was the son of Sir Philip Darcy, 1st Lord Darcy.1 He married Isabel (?)1 He died on 31 March 1340.1
     He fought in the Battle of Boroughbridge on 16 March 1321/22, where he was taken prisoner along with his father by King Edward II's forces.1 On 31 October 1322 his lands in Carkwell were restored to him.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lincolnshire in 1327.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Lord Darcy [E., 1299] circa 24 November 1333.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Lincolnshire in 1335/36.1

     Philip Darcy, 3rd Lord Darcy was born circa 1331.1 He was the son of Norman Darcy, 2nd Lord Darcy and Isabel (?)1 He died before 16 September 1350, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Lord Darcy [E., 1299] on 31 March 1340.1 On his death, his barony of 1299 woul have fallen into abeyance between his aunts, Julian and Agnes.1
