     John Bowater was the son of Edward Bowater.2 He married Hon. Frances Duncombe, daughter of Anthony Duncombe, 1st and last Lord Feversham, Baron of Downton and Frances Bathurst, in 1778.1 He died in 1810.1

     Mary Darby was born on 27 November 1757 at Bristol, EnglandG.1 She was the daughter of John Darby and Hester Seys.1 She married Thomas Robinson.2 She and Thomas Robinson were separated.2 She died on 26 December 1800 at age 43.1
     Mary Darby also went by the nick-name of Perdita.1 Her married name became Robinson.1 She and George IV Hanover, King of the United Kingdom were associated between 1779 and 1781.1 She and General Sir Bannastre Tarleton, 1st and last Bt. were associated before 1797.1,2
