     Lieutenant John Henry Loftus Reade was born on 21 February 1881.¹ He was the son of John Henry Reade and Annabella Sarah Willans.² He died on 29 October 1914 at age 33, killed in action.¹
     He was educated at St. Columba's College, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland^G.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant and Adjutant in the 2nd Manchester Regiment.¹ In 1899 he suceeded to Castletown on the death of his great-aunt Mrs Alexander Braddell.¹ He lived at Castletown Manor, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland^G.¹ He fought in the Boer War.¹ He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.¹

     Ethel Annesley Reade was the daughter of John Henry Reade and Annabella Sarah Willans.² She died in February 1880, young.¹

     Elinor Brien Reade was the daughter of John Henry Reade and Annabella Sarah Willans.² She married Reverend William Babington Steele, son of Reverend William Steele and Sarah Elly Haughton, on 4 March 1919.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     In 1914 she suceeded to Castletown jointly with her sister Constance on the death of their brother.¹

     Reverend William Babington Steele was the son of Reverend William Steele and Sarah Elly Haughton.² He married Elinor Brien Reade, daughter of John Henry Reade and Annabella Sarah Willans, on 4 March 1919.¹ He died on 4 November 1953.¹
     He wrote the book Haughton Memoirs.³ He was Rector at Devenish, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Ireland.² He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)¹

     Constance May Reade was born on 4 June 1883.¹ She was the daughter of John Henry Reade and Annabella Sarah Willans.² She died on 21 August 1968 at age 85, unmarried.¹

     Gerald John Noel Brenan was born on 23 December 1912.¹ He is the son of Richard Henry Feehan Brenan and Kathleen Mary Clare Morris.²
     He was educated at Stonyhurst College, Blackburn, Lancashire, England^G.¹ He fought in the Second World War, with North Irish Horse.¹ He lived at Eden Hall, Ballyragget, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹

     Gerald Brenan lived at Dysart, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹

     John Brenan was born in 1690.¹ He was the son of Gerald Brenan.² He married Barbara Mary Macdonald, daughter of Tynlan MacAlexander Macdonald.¹ He died in 1761.¹ He was buried at Dysart Churchyard, Dysart, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹
     He lived at Knocknaedage House, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹

     Barbara Mary Macdonald is the daughter of Tynlan MacAlexander Macdonald.¹ She married John Brenan, son of Gerald Brenan.¹

     Nicholas Brenan was born in 1724.¹ He was the son of John Brenan and Barbara Mary Macdonald.² He married Elizabeth Culleran, daughter of John Culleran.¹ He died in 1799.¹ He was buried at Dysart Churchyard, Dysart, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹
     He lived at Knockroena House, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹ He lived at Nicholastown Manor, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.¹ He amassed a large fortune but lost greater part of it in the '1798.¹'
