     Major William Bacon Hutton Bury was born on 31 July 1914.1 He was the son of Edgar William Hutton and Vera Chetwynd-Stapylton.2 He married Bly Mildred Spiller, daughter of Claud George Spiller, on 14 December 1940.1 He died on 29 June 1982 at age 67 at County Offaly, Ireland.3
     He was given the name of William Bacon Hutton at birth.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches and was wounded twice.1 He retired from the military in 1945, with the rank of Major, late of the Durham Light Infantry when he was invalided out.1 In 1964 his name was legally changed to William Bacon Hutton Bury by Deed Poll.4 He was an estate agent.1 He lived at Brookfield, County Offaly, IrelandG.1 He lived at Charleville Forest, County Offaly, IrelandG.1
