     Sir David Elmer Woodbine Parish was born on 29 June 1911 at London, England.2 He was the son of Walter Woodbine Parish and Audrey Katherine Makins.1 He married Mona Blair McGarel Johnston, daughter of Charles McGarel Johnston and Margaret Thompson, on 13 September 1939.1 He died on 12 November 1998 at age 87 at Pulborough, Sussex, England.2
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was director of Holiday and Greenwood between 1937 and 1959.2 He was chairman and managing director of Holliday and Greenwood between 1953 and 1959.2 He was chairman of Bovis between 1959 and 1966.2 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1964.2 He was appointed Knight in 1980.2

     He had three sons and a daughter.1

     Hon. John James Bury was born on 22 October 1827.1 He was the son of Charles William Bury, 2nd Earl of Charleville and Harriet Charlotte Beaujolais Campbell.2 He married Charlotte Theresa Austin, daughter of Thomas Austin, on 24 June 1852.1 He died on 18 January 1864 at age 36.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Engineers.1
