     He lived at Temple Court, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He was admitted to Freeman of Trinity Guild of (Dublin) Merchants on 2 May 1700.1 In 1709 Dublin.1

     Richard French was the son of George French and unknown wife (?)2 He married Catherine French, daughter of James French and Prudence (?), on 4 May 1735.1 He died on 21 December 1778.1 His will was proven (by probate) on 4 March 1779.1
     He held the office of Alderman of the City of Dublin.1 He was admitted to Freeman of Trinity Guild of (Dublin) Merchants on 8 October 1735.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Dublin in 1763.1 He held the office of Lord Mayor of Dublin in 1772.1 His last will was dated 27 July 1776.1 He lived at 13 Upper Blind Key, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1
