     Henry Brown Elton was born in 1882.1 He was the son of Charles Tierney Elton and Mary Higgs.2 He married Mary Constance Maule, daughter of J. Percy Maule, on 30 January 1917.1 He died on 17 July 1962.1
     He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2 He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.)2 He graduated with a Bachelor of Surgery (B.Ch.)2 He fought in the First World War.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1919.1
