     Ada Maria Fairbairn was born on 25 February 1856.1 She was the daughter of William Andrew Fairbairn and Marianne Murray.2 She married Sir Thomas Gordon Fairbairn, 4th Bt., son of Sir Thomas Fairbairn, 2nd Bt. and Allison Callaway, on 18 July 1877.1 She died on 2 September 1893 at age 37.1

     Helen Birley was the daughter of Richard Birley.2 She married William Andrew Fairbairn, son of Sir William Fairbairn, 1st Bt. and Dorothy Mar, on 26 May 1864.1 She died on 15 February 1928.1
     From 26 May 1864, her married name became Fairbairn.

     Reverend Francis Richard Fairbairn was born on 13 April 1865.1 He was the son of William Andrew Fairbairn and Helen Birley.2 He married Sophie Ernle Money, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Robert Cotton Money and Selina Mary Douglas, on 19 December 1895.1 He died on 31 May 1945 at age 80, without issue.1
     He was the Vicar at Alderminster, Stratford-on-Avon, Warwickshire, EnglandG.1

     Sophie Ernle Money was the daughter of Maj.-Gen. Robert Cotton Money and Selina Mary Douglas.2,3 She married, firstly, Reverend Francis Richard Fairbairn, son of William Andrew Fairbairn and Helen Birley, on 19 December 1895.1 She married, secondly, Ernest George Birch, son of Reverend Henry William Rouse Birch and Lydia Mildred, before 1909.4 She died circa 1946.1
     From 19 December 1895, her married name became Fairbairn. From before 1909, her married name became Birch.4

     John Sholto Douglas, 15th of Tilquhillie married Vanda Marie von Poellnitz, daughter of Ernst Baron von Poellnitz and Hon. Isabella Drummond Forbes, on 24 February 1864 at Feldkirch, Voralberg, Austria.2 He died on 15 September 1874 at Feldkirch, Voralberg, Austria.2
     He was manager of a cotton mill.2 He lived at Tilquhillie, Kincardineshire, ScotlandG.1

     From 23 May 1894, her married name became Fairbairn.

     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1
