     Hon. Cynthia Burke Roche was born on 10 April 1884.1 She was the daughter of James Boothby Burke Roche, 3rd Baron Fermoy and Frances Ellen Work.3 She married, firstly, Arthur Scot Burden on 10 June 1906.1 She married, secondly, Guy Fairfax Cary, son of Clarence Cary, in August 1922.1 She died on 8 December 1966 at age 82.1
     From 10 June 1906, her married name became Burden. From August 1922, her married name became Cary.1
