     Francis Wilkes Homan was the son of Ebenezer Homan.2 He married Ruth Waterlow, daughter of Sir Sydney Hedley Waterlow, 1st Bt. and Anna Maria Hickson, on 7 May 1873.1 He died on 4 January 1880.1
     He was Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1

     From 10 June 1869, her married name became Waterlow.
