     Roger la Zouche was born between 1240 and 1242.1 He was the son of Alan la Zouche and Helen de Quency.2 He married Ela de Longespée, daughter of Stephen Longespée and Emeline de Ridelsford, before 1267.1 He died circa 15 October 1285.1

     From 1908, her married name became Torkington.1
