Devereux Philip Forestier-Walker was born on 25 July 1864.1 He was the son of Sir George Ferdinand Radzivill Forestier-Walker, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Fanny Henrietta Morgan.2 He married Isabella Constance Dalgety, daughter of Frederick Gonnerman Dalgety, on 2 January 1896.1 He died on 10 September 1936 at age 72.1
He gained the rank of Captain in the Queen's Own (Royal West Kent Regiment.)1

Isabella Constance Dalgety was the daughter of Frederick Gonnerman Dalgety.2 She married, firstly, Charles William Selwyn before 1896.1 She married, secondly, Devereux Philip Forestier-Walker, son of Sir George Ferdinand Radzivill Forestier-Walker, 2nd Bt. and Hon. Fanny Henrietta Morgan, on 2 January 1896.1 She died on 18 March 1949.1
