     Mary Teresa Gooch was born circa 1834 at Yorkshire, England.2 She was the daughter of Reverend William Gooch and Anne Jarrett.3 She married Robert Calverley Bewicke on 23 February 1854.1 She died on 2 August 1916.1
     From 23 February 1854, her married name became Bewicke.

     Lt.-Col. Thomas Gooch was born on 25 April 1773.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Gooch, 4th Bt. and Anna Maria Hayward.2 He married Hannah Barker, daughter of Sir Robert Barker, in October 1801.1 He died on 14 March 1849 at age 75, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.1
