     Geraldine Elizabeth Mellor was born in 1869. She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. John William Mellor and Carole Paget.2,3 She married Hon. Sir William Henry Goschen, son of George Joachim Goschen, 1st Viscount Goschen and Lucy Dalley, on 25 July 1896.1 She died on 23 November 1918.1
     From 25 July 1896, her married name became Goschen.

     Brig.-Gen. William Henry Goschen was born on 26 March 1900.1 He was the son of Hon. Sir William Henry Goschen and Geraldine Elizabeth Mellor.2 He died on 6 May 1944 at age 44 at BurmaG, killed in action.1
     He was Aide-de-Camp to the Viceroy of India between 1936 and 1938.1 He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.)1 He gained the rank of Brigadier Grenadier in the Grenadier Guards.1 He fought in the Second World War.1

     John Alexander Goschen, 3rd Viscount Goschen was born on 7 July 1906.1 He was the son of Hon. Sir William Henry Goschen and Geraldine Elizabeth Mellor.2 He married Hilda Violet Ursula Jervis, daughter of Hon. St. Leger Henry Jervis and Hilda Maud Collier, on 21 November 1934.2 He and Hilda Violet Ursula Jervis were divorced in 1949.2 He married, secondly, Alvin Moyanna England, daughter of Harry England, on 18 August 1955.1 He died on 22 March 1977 at age 70.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Madras in 1931.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Grenadier Guards.1 He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1944.1 He was with the British Military Mission to Greece between 1945 and 1947.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Viscount Goschen, of Hawkhurst, co. Kent [U.K., 1900] on 24 July 1952.2 He was Captain of the Yeoman of the Guards between 1962 and 1964.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the British Empire (K.B.E.) in 1972.1
