     Sir Vauncey Harpur Crewe, 10th Bt. was born on 14 October 1846.1 He was the son of Sir John Harpur-Crewe, 9th Bt. He married Hon. Isabel Adderley, daughter of Charles Bowyer Adderley, 1st Baron Norton and Hon. Julia Anne Eliza Leigh, on 20 April 1876.3 He died on 13 December 1924 at age 78.4
     He gained the title of 10th Baronet Harpur. He lived Calke Abbey.4

     Hilda Ethelfreda Harpur Crewe was the daughter of Sir Vauncey Harpur Crewe, 10th Bt. and Hon. Isabel Adderley.1 She married Lt.-Col. Godfrey Mosley, son of Reverend Rowland Mosley and Jane Charlotte Rose Every, on 4 February 1918.2 She died in 1949.3
     From 4 February 1918, her married name became Mosley. On 9 December 1921 her name was legally changed to Hilda Ethelfreda Fynderne by Deed Poll.2 From 2 February 1923, her married name became Mosley.2
