     Thomas Chaloner was born between 1592 and 1599. He was the son of Sir Thomas Chaloner and Elizabeth Fleetwood.1 He married unknown Southable.1 He died in 1661 at Middleburg, The NetherlandsG, without issue.1
     He lived at Steeple Claydon, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He was also known as George Saunders.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Richmond between 1645 and 1653.1 He was one of the judges who sigend King Charles I's death warrant in 1648.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Scarborough in 1659.1 In 1660 he was excluded from the pardon.1

     James Chaloner was born circa 1602.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Chaloner and Elizabeth Fleetwood.1 He married Ursula Fairfax, daughter of Sir William Fairfax, on 28 September 1637.1 He died circa 1660, probably as the result of imprisonment in Peel Castle.1
     He was one of the judges who sigend King Charles I's death warrant in 1648.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Aldborough, Yorkshire between 1648 and 1653.1 He held the office of Governor of the Isle of Man between 1658 and 1660.1 He lived at Steeple Claydon, Buckinghamshire, EnglandG.1

     Ursula Fairfax was the daughter of Sir William Fairfax.1 She married James Chaloner, son of Sir Thomas Chaloner and Elizabeth Fleetwood, on 28 September 1637.1 She died circa May 1650.1 She was buried on 10 May 1650.1
     From 28 September 1637, her married name became Chaloner.1
