     He held the office of Chief Justice of Trinidad.3 He was Commissioner of enquiry at New South Wales.3 He was Commissioner of enquiry at the Cape of Good Hope, Mauritius and Ceylon.3 He held the office of Chief Justice of Trinidad.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Northumberland.3
