     Maude Margaret Todd is the daughter of Reverend John Wood Todd.1 She married John Andrew Hamilton, 1st and last Viscount Sumner, son of Andrew Hamilton and Frances Sumner, on 20 December 1892.1
     From 20 December 1892, her married name became Hamilton.1 After her marriage, Maude Margaret Todd was styled as Baroness Sumner on 20 October 1913. After her marriage, Maude Margaret Todd was styled as Viscountess Sumner on 31 January 1927.

     She was also known as Martha.1 Her married name became Clarke.1
