     Sir Andrew Murray of Arngask and Balvaird was the son of Sir David Murray of Arngask, Balvaird and Kippo and Janet Lindsay.¹ He married, secondly, Lady Janet Graham, daughter of William Graham, 2nd Earl of Montrose and Lady Janet Keith, on 28 September 1542.¹ He died between 30 April 1572 and 23 July 1573.¹

     Lady Janet Graham was the daughter of William Graham, 2nd Earl of Montrose and Lady Janet Keith.¹ She married, secondly, Sir Harrie Graham of Morphie.² She married, firstly, Sir Andrew Murray of Arngask and Balvaird, son of Sir David Murray of Arngask, Balvaird and Kippo and Janet Lindsay, on 28 September 1542.¹ She died in August 1547.²
     From 28 September 1542, her married name became Murray.¹

     Sir Mungo Murray of Claremont married Margaret Crichton, daughter of John Crichton of Strathurd.¹

     William Murray is the son of Sir Mungo Murray of Claremont and Margaret Crichton.¹
